The Last Roaring Months of Summer..

Well i see its been awhile again since i've been on here, but im rarely even ever on my computer anymore. I've just uploaded and attached a few recent photos form all the weddings or at least a few from the last few events that have taken place. Mostly of my brotehrs wedding. It was lovely to have everyone back intown again and GREAT to see all the family and have everyone together in one place - finally after so many years. Life's been totally crazy, but as the summer months fade, and winter rolls back in. Life will start to slow down a little bit between now and having to pick up the pace again come Christmas time and January. I Just figured since i have the chance now and was enable to sleep I'd post a few pictures and just say a quick hello. I've added a few of my fav. shots, and i will add a few more as i get them loaded up. Enjoy. Cheer for now

They Tell Me It's Karma, But For Now... I Call It Ignorance....

So its a lovely Thursday afternoon ( aka: my 'Friday' afternoon) and just got off work, after 2 hours of OT. Nikki and I were walking to my car talking away about our week and our plans for the weekend. It was almost 630, all we could think about was getting home and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. It was also pay day. How much better could a weekend start. So I said I quickly needed to run up to the bank and deposit my cheque before tomorrow also while the bank wasnt busy. So we rushed up there and I ran across the street to the bank. When I got I looked at the side of my car as i was getting in and to my dispair there it was .. my jaw completely dropped. The drivers side of my car, the door, the back 1/4 panal annnd my bumper were all dented and the paint was missing. I was in shock. I opened my door and told Nikki and she came and looked. It's obvious that whoever hit me... was trying to parallel park and under estimated the space between my car and theirs, and took the back half of my car with them. Not only that, but made it a "hit and run" and didn't leave a note or anything. Do they know that it's a Criminal Offense? However, when you think about it the ones that have driven us to these hit and runs are yet our insurance companies. How? Because of the collision/ comprehension coverage and if we ever have to pay this or ADMIT to the collision our insurance goes up .. yet higher than it already is. Therefore, we run into situations like this one here. Someone saw a window of escapement and figured they could get away with it, so they did just that. This is complete and utter ignorance if you ask me. No matter how hard you try to keep something in good condition and do everything you can in your league to be safe. . . it doens't even matter because you have assholes like this that still set you back. I guess it's all a matter of live and learn. As well as, they build a new car everyday and they can be fixed. I could've been in the car or something worse could've happened... lets just hope they don't come in "3's" like the wife's tails states.....
